Catnip

This herb is a magnet for cats, they love rolling and smooching up to it. It has a sedative effect found on most cats, and can be prepared as a herbal tea for humans to help with relaxation.

This herb is also often grown in a cottage garden as it’s soft grey/green leaves and white flowers are attractive; it is a great groundcover.

Care:Best grown in moist, well drained soil.

Treat your cat with a beautiful plant they will love. When your cat has tired you out and you’re ready for bed, simply snip some leaves, and brew them in a herbal tea! Some believe the sedative properties work on us too, helping to relax your body.
