Coriander (Cilantro)

With its origins hard to pinpoint, Coriander grows wild over wide areas of southern Europe, Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia.

The leaves have a wonderfully fresh taste which work together beautifully with lemon. As the flavour quickly dissipates once cooked, this herb is best used raw as a garnish, with meats and fish, or chopped into a salsa or salad!

Care: Likes a lot of light. Best grown in well drained soil. Be careful not to overwater. Keep indoors in cooler months.

Coriander is also great for cutting through rich meats. All you need to do is slice, and sprinkle raw on top of your dish!
