Marjoram

Marjoram is a very cold sensitive perennial herb which shares many properties with oregano. This herb is used widely in middle eastern, and Mediterranean cooking.

Chop the leaves, but do not use the stems; add at the end of the cooking time.  Great to flavour poultry, beef dishes and often used with Thyme and Sage.

Care: Best grown in moist, well drained soil.
