Parsley

Native to the Mediterranean region, this herb is chopped over dishes all over the world! 

Italian flat leaf parsley is used to flavour soups, sauces, stews, and adds a zestier flavour than curled parsley. It's also decorative and used as a garnish. Both Italian and curled Parsley can aid in freshening your breath and is why you often see it as a garnish with a fish dish.

Care: Best grown in moist, well drained soil in a sunny position. Pick regularly.


Served as a cold mezze in many middle eastern countries (small appetizer dishes), tabbouleh is wonderfully fresh and so simple to make! 

Simply finely chop parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion and Bulgar. Season well with olive oil and lemon juice!
