Returns Policy

Grower quality and sustainability! Our plants are individually hand-packed with care for efficient and safe delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided the goods are unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.

If the goods are damaged, faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on used items, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please note additional 3% credit card fee applies to all cancellations and returns, as these fees are now retained by the credit card company even when payment is refunded.
