Rosemary
Native to the Mediterranean, rosemary is a beautifully fragrant evergreen herb.
A favourite among many chefs, goes great on a BBQ with lamb, chicken, the aroma of Rosemary is amazing! This is easily dried by hanging in a warm airy room, but has a stronger flavour used fresh. Try rosemary shortbread at Christmastime!
Care: Best grown in moist, well drained soil in a hot, sunny spot. Drought tolerant.
